Refund Policy

  

Zora Hair & Beauty Salon

Effective Date: 30 November 2024


At Zora Hair & Beauty, we are committed to providing high-quality hair and beauty services to all our clients. We take great care to ensure every customer is satisfied with their experience. The following outlines our refund and resolution policy, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  

1. No Refunds on Services

Please note that we do not offer refunds for servicesonce they have been provided. This includes, but is not limited to, haircuts, colour treatments, styling, and all beauty services.

  

2. Time Management and Appointment Duration

We aim to complete all services within the estimated timeframe discussed during your booking. However, as hair and beauty services can vary depending on individual hair or skin type, condition, or unforeseen circumstances, we kindly request that customers allow extra time for their appointment, where necessary.

Zora Hair & Beauty accepts no responsibility if an appointment takes longer than reasonably expected due to service complexity or unforeseen circumstances.

  

3. Client Satisfaction and Resolution

Although we do not offer refunds, if you are dissatisfied with the results of your service, you shall contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will:


  • Assess your concerns fairly and professionally
  • Offer a complimentary correction where applicable
  • Suggest a suitable alternative remedy based on your individual case

  

4. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Compliance

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a service:


  • Is not delivered with due care and skill
  • Is not fit for the specified purpose you communicated to us
  • Does not meet the specific results you and the stylist agreed upon

  

5. Change of Mind

Refunds will not be issued for:


  • Change of mind
  • Misunderstanding of the service requested
  • Dissatisfaction due to reasons not relating to the quality of service delivered

  

6. Prepaid Services and Packages

Prepaid services, gift vouchers, or packages are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another individual or exchanged for services of equal value, subject to management approval.
